Abstract

The present study is focused mainly on the analysis of judicial practice in the Cluj Court of Appeal, recently assaulted with a lot of folders  in increasingly diverse in matters of pollution tax. We tried to identify problems and analyzed as in behind guidelinesfor solving them.
